About Me

I'm Shuji Wakahisa, a comic artist and illustrator. I specialize in drawing webcomics inspired mainly by anime.

I am also a Vtuber on Twitch where I stream my art process for my comics and my illustrations.

- NSFW will not be drawn, check my TOS for more information.
- Extra characters are 80% each

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a commission it means you agree to the following:

Will Draw:

✦ Gore (mild degree)
✦ Original Characters (provide Image)

✦ NSFW

✦ Heavy Gore (Organs)

General

✦ Commissions are only accepted when slots are open (please check the home page of my site to see if they are open or not).
✦ I have the right to refuse your commission.

Payment(s) & Refunds

✦ All payments expected upfront and are processed through Paypal invoices.
✦ If the price is over $1000, a payment plan will be made, however at least half must be paid upfront.
✦ Commissions are streamed on Twitch.
✦ If you do not want me to stream it a privacy fee will be added.
✦ Attempts to bargain or have me lower my prices are forbidden and increase the chances of becoming blacklisted.
✦ Refunds: Refunds are not possible after the final sketch is confirmed. Any large changes after the confirmation of the sketch will be charged extra (For example changes to pose during the line art stage)

REVISIONS

(Types of Revisions)
Major - Changing of Pose / Elements that dramatically change the work from the agreed sketch
Small - Line Art fixes, minor details, color adjustments, facial expressions✦ During the 2ND Sketch Phase I will offer up to 3 MAJOR revisions for free, SMALL Revisions like 'missing detail / icon' wont be counted to this.
✦ Major Revision during Line Art / Coloring Phase will add an additional charge of 50% extra to the coms price at the end!

Use of my Artwork

✦ Using the Commission artwork for NFT, Crypto, or AI is forbidden. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
✦ Using my work anywhere means you must credit me.
✦ My work is not to be posted on Twitter / X due to the nature of the 'Edit Image' option and its connection with Generative AI.
✦ I have the right to post the commission (Unless it is NDA)
✦ If you want to use my work for Merch (Posters, buttons, stickers) please email so we can discuss prices. This applies to Character Illustrations, Character Design, Emotes, and Vtubers.)

IP Rights

IP Rights
✦ All rights to art created by myself are reserved (such as, but not limited to: reproduction, merchandise, and referencing).
✦ In cases such as Character Design, the rights are shared.

Deadlines & Delivery

✦ I work on my commissions in order I receive them, so please be patient.
✦ Process - 1st sketch, 2nd sketch (final), Lineart, Color, Final Touches

If you are accepted for a commission you will receive an email back informing you received a slot. After discussion, you will receive a Paypal invoice, and once paid I will begin to work on your commission. The client will receive updates through email, and WIPs will have watermarks on them. Once the work is fully completed you will be given the final files via email.

Note: This is my TOS for custom commissions, types that aren't usually on my VGen but also used for commissions on there. My TOS does update over time, however once your commission is started any changes to the TOS after agreeing upon the commission in question will use the TOS terms that were active upon the agreement.
